This bourbon tropical white peach cocktail is the start of a new thing here on Fearless Dining.

Twice a month I will be bringing you a fun new libation to enjoy.

My fruity cocktail recipe is so easy to make, and I have to warn you, these go down VERY smoothly :-).

My Vitamix is my favorite kitchen toy when I make fruity drinks. Incorporating fresh healthy fruits into my drinks makes them so refreshing. I mix the fruit and the liquor on high to break down the fruit pulp. It also gives it my drinks a froth.

Serve this drink three ways, frozen as a slush, on the rocks, or straight up. How versatile is that for a drink? (The photos are showing the “on the rocks” version.)

Mr. Fearless Dining and I love to try new libations when we go out to eat…the more crazy sounding, the better. One of my recent favorites is a drink that I had at Orchard Kitchen in Campbell. (See below) It had yogurt liquor, Japanese whiskey, and several other odd concoctions, including a dusting of paprika. My goal is to figure this recipe one out and share with you all someday :-).
