Well, I wondered the same thing!
I make miso soup a few times a month. It is a quick and easy healthy soup. Sometimes I vary what I put into the soup…adding vegetables, tofu, or anything else to make the dish more filling.

I must admit I hadn’t spent much time on Yahoo! Food, but after exploring the site, I can’t believe what I was missing.
When I went to their web page, I was surprised how much information was at my fingertips. There is even a gluten free tab at the very top so I can sort through recipes to get only the gluten free ones. Hello easy!
Yahoo! Food has partnered with some of the best publishers in the business to bring you their expertise and ideas, including Bon Appetit, Epicurious, Food52, Martha Stewart and more.
When I clicked on gluten free, it pulled a ton of delicious sounding gluten free recipes from all of these popular food sites. And Yahoo! Food isn’t just about recipes, there are handy kitchen hacks, video demonstrations, and how to articles as well.
We are fortunate here in the Bay Area to have a lot of wonderful Asian markets to explore.
Mitsuwa is a huge Japanese market in San Jose and they carry at least 20 different kinds of miso. This brand is my favorite. I prefer white miso because it is not as salty as its darker counterparts. This brand is also gluten free, and GMO free.
