This taco recipe was created by Chef Gustavo Romero for LA VICTORIA®. I hope you love it as much as my family did. If you can’t find the duck, don’t worry because this recipe also works with pork and chicken!!
There are fresh cherries, oranges, onion, cilantro, an avocado mousse, and of course LA VICTORIA® salsa! I really love how these salsas have fresh chunks of vegetables in them.
This recipe is so easy to make!
Add the duck marinade ingredients into a bowl.
Whip up the light and fluffy avocado mousse.
Remove the pits from the cherries and mix in the fresh orange and onion. Mix it all together.
Assemble the tacos and add the salsa! Make a lot because your family is going to love the flavor combination!
- 8 corn tortillas
- 12 ounce duck confit, cooked
- 3 ounces LA VICTORIA® salsa
- 6 ounces Cherry Salsa
- 1 1/2 ounces Mexican Marinade
- 3 ounces Avocado mousse
- 3 ounces cilantro
- Warm corn tortillas and add the ingredients in to make tacos.
