These quick and easy Greek yogurt cups are easy to make ahead for a quick and easy breakfast.

I don’t know about you, but we are starting to gear up for back to school in our house. I know I have said it many times, but really, where has our summer gone?
School is about to start up and I have been looking for easy breakfast ideas. This is by far one of the easiest breakfast to make ahead. This recipe isn’t really a recipe as much as it is my kids’ favorite toppings on our favorite creamy, high-protein yogurt FAGE Total.
Have you tried FAGE Total Greek Yogurt yet? This Greek yogurt fruit cup recipe uses FAGE Total 2% Plain Greek yogurt. This yogurt is thick and creamy and full of protein. With my kids in school all day, this yogurt keeps them filled up from breakfast to snack time. Nothing is worse than a kid out of fuel, and with both of my kids having a lot of honors and AP classes this high school semester, it is important that they stay focused.
(We store our yogurt and berries in containers and stack them up in our refrigerator for a quick and easy breakfast!)
We buy FAGE Total Greek Yogurt at our local Walmart. Prices are so much lower than grocery stores. This is also my go-to place for cheaper gluten-free products. Walmart has everything to top your yogurt including fresh berries and nuts.
You can find FAGE Total Greek Yogurt in both Lowfat 2% and 0%. I like to get the plain flavor and add my own toppings and honey. My kids are berry fanatics so they like to add fresh blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and nuts to their yogurt.
Also, check out an in-store demo 8/26 at your local Walmart, and get a recipe book!

Dawn
This is great for those of us who are picky on what we eat, but can still play around a bit with it. Anything I can add bananas to is good to me.

That is very true Dawn. Everyone can pick their favorites to add!
Misty Eilar
This will be great for my toddler. She is a big breakfast eater.
Sandi Gaertner
That is great that she is a good breakfast eater Misty. Thanks for stopping by.

I’m all about the plain Greek yogurt and adding my own toppings with honey or agave. So much better!!! Plus I like that extra tart flavor. My daughter has been on a kick of making her own honey vanilla yogurt. She tries to feed everyone in the house her yogurt concoctions. =)
And gorgeous photos, by the way!

I love that your daughter is making her own concoctions! She sounds like a future leader 🙂
