My kids thought that was odd at first, but they quickly caught on.
Kumquats are versatile in so many recipes, both sweet like this Gluten Free Madeleine recipe, and savory, like this Kale and Kumquat Salad. This kumquat appetizer recipe is fun, and the bright orange color makes this cheese stuffed endive look pretty on a buffet.
