It has been awhile since I wrote in about my newest Costco gluten free finds. So many people write to tell me how useful these posts are.
If you spy something gluten free at your Costco, please leave a comment and let us all know.
It is so helpful to all of us!
I have three Costco stores in my area. We have two in San Jose and one in Santa Clara nearby. Usually they have the same foods, but every now and then things are a little different. These finds today are from the Coleman Costco in San Jose. It is just minutes from the San Jose Airport. I like this location best because it is never crazy busy like the other Costco stores. (Well, except over the holidays, then no Costco is easy!) If you are looking for your local Costco, here is a store locator!
I have posted several other Costco articles because things are always changing at Costco.
Groceries are expensive and our family loves to save money buying in bulk at Costco.
I can’t believe these pupusas are gluten free. These are in my freezer and I will report back soon to let you know how they taste. (*Update, we really liked these pupusas. They are really handy to pack and take for lunch if you have access to a microwave!)
Certified gluten free sausage by Silva. I haven’t tried these yet. Have you seen these in your Costco?
This cranberry almond chicken salad by GoodFoods looks healthy and delicious. A few readers commented below if you want to know if this is good.
Hodo Soy has become pretty popular here in the Bay Area. They are local and sell in some of the farmer’s markets.
Hodo Soy also makes a gluten free tofu burger. Most meatless burgers have wheat so these are a great option if you want to have a vegetarian option.
Harry’s Organic Tapioca Pudding is a nice snack or dessert. I am typically a sucker for tapioca pudding, but my recipe is so good, I have no desire to buy this 🙂
I have tried several of Popcornopolis flavors, this Kettle Corn is definitely my favorite.
I love that Walkers Shortbread is now available in a gluten free option. These are delish!
These gluten free parmesan crisps by Sonoma Creamery look really great for entertaining! (These are addictive so buy with caution. They are sooo good!)
This gluten free smoothie mix by Essential Living Foods is new. Has anyone tried this yet?
Lastly, Go Raw often has something good at our Costco. These pumpkin seeds will be perfect for fall.
