Have you seen these gluten free treats in the frozen section of your local Costco?
This is one of our new “must have” and “do not forget to buy these” rolls. My kids LOVE these.
P De Q are Brazilian cheese bread balls that you bake for about 10 minutes. What you get are little crispy and chewy cheese rolls that are fun to enjoy either with a meal, or by themselves. Brazilian cheese bread is made with tapioca starch and are naturally gluten free. If you have used Chebe mixes, this bread should be really familiar to you. I like these P De Q rolls because they are already shaped and bake up really quickly, without the mess of making something from a mix.
P De Q is a fairly new company that is based in Fresno, CA. I had tried these at the Gluten & Allergy Free Expo and they were really good. They even ran out of samples by the middle of day two of the Expo.
Are these in your Costco?
