🥘 Ingredients:
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Turmeric
- Honey

🔪 Instructions:
This salad and dressing are so easy to put together. All you need is 2-3 minutes!! Add your ingredients to a small bowl and whisk. That is it!
📖 Variations:
- Instead of mincing your garlic, smoosh the clove and add it whole. The flavor will blend the same but you won't get bits of garlic in the salad.
- Try using agave instead of honey, it will blend a little easier too!
- You can use a different light oil such as avocado or walnut oil.
- Add in scallions or chives.
I truly hope you enjoy this salad dressing. It will keep in the refrigerator about a week. You can also freeze the dressing in cubes then thaw them when needed.

This salad is so perfect and you used very simple ingredients to make it. I also like the fact that you placed butter leaf lettuce at the bottom , it looks like a nest and must say that in this way it is well presented.Thank you for sharing this recipe!
Sandi Gaertner
Thank you so much Krystallia. It does look like a nest 🙂

I love the idea of putting it into a smoothie. What fruits taste best with turmeric?
