This dairy-free panna cotta recipe is a special treat because I used So Delicious new creamy Almondmilk with Cashew. I have used their Almondmilk for ages because it is one of the few dairy-free kinds of milk that is also Non-GMO. It also contains no carrageenan, no artificial flavors, no sweeteners, no fortifications, no colors, no preservatives.
I feel good serving this Almondmilk to my family! (Not only can you make panna cotta, but I have tons of dessert recipes on my site using Almondmilk.)
