Summer is here and we are getting ready to kick it all off with a pool party. We are serving up several of my favorite snacks. I love how quickly this snack tray comes together for easy appetizers!!

(And keep reading because Walmart is giving away a huge Backyard Makeover and tons of other prizes!!)

School is almost finished and then we are in summer vacation mode. Our family loves having guests come spend time with us.

What is your favorite thing to do in the summer? We like to spend a lot of time outdoors, especially in our pool. The pool is warm and we will be serving up some delicious party appetizers.

My first step in planning a party is to head to my local Walmart store. Seriously, friends, they have the cheapest prices on gluten free foods! (And they are the SAME brands you would find at those more expensive stores.)

Summer Party Snacks

For today’s get together, I decided to make this fun appetizer platter with Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Blue Diamond Nut-Thins, and Blue Diamond Gourmet Almonds. These are some of our favorite finds, and everyone always loves it when we serve these.

Our family has enjoyed Nut-Thins for years. This was one of the very first gluten free crackers to come on the market before gluten free was as well known. These crackers are made with real Blue Diamond® Almonds. They are wheat free and gluten free, and have no artificial flavors.

If you haven’t seen Diamond’s Gourmet Almonds yet, you are in for a treat! They come in several delicious flavors including:

  • Garlic, Herb, and Olive Oil
  • Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Rosemary and Sea Salt
  • Black Truffle

I love that they use Chef-inspired seasonings that can be paired well with countless fine foods or enjoyed on their own. These almonds are always included when I put together summer party snacks!

Blue Diamond Almonds are a shareable, handcrafted snack of flawlessly seasoned almonds that brings a premium experience for any special occasion or gathering. Made with only high-quality Nonpareil almonds

Your guests will love how good this roasted red pepper hummus tastes. It makes the perfect summer dip for any picnic/poolside party!

You can also enjoy this hummus with fresh vegetables, protein (Chicken wings), etc.

Thank you for the great tips. Your plate looks delicious. I was never sure with the Sombra, if you stir the middle ingredients into the humus. Now I know, ha ha. I am going to copy you for a dinner we are going to next week.
