The Best Flaky Gluten Free Biscuits
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk to blend them together.
Cut in the cold butter into the dry ingredients with a pastry blender.
Pour in the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix into biscuit dough.
Roll out the dough to 2 inch thickness. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out the biscuits. Brush the tops with butter and bake!
