Fluffy Gluten-Free Peach Muffins

These super fluffy gluten free muffins are really easy to make!

Ingredients:

Gluten Free Flour Blend + Sugar

Eggs + Butter + Milk

Salt +  Baking Soda + Baking Powder

Vanilla + Peaches

In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and whisk to blend the ingredients together.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, add your wet ingredients and whisk to blend them together.

I share all of my tips and tricks to help you bake the best gluten free muffins that turn out so fluffy and light!

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix the two until they are just barely mixed. This is the secret to fluffy muffins!

Fill a muffin tin with paper liners. Fill each 3/4 full of peach muffin batter. Bake the peach muffins for 22 minutes until done. Move to a cooling rack.
