All you need to make a homemade gluten free pie crust are a few simple ingredients.
Gluten Free Flour Blend
Sugar
Egg
Butter
Salt

Add your dry ingredients to a bowl. Add chunks of cold butter and use a pastry blender to cut the butter into the flour.
How to make a flaky gluten free pie crust:
Add the wet ingredients to the flour and butter blend and mix into a pie crust dough ball. Chill for 30-45 minutes
Roll your pie crust between two sheets of wax paper. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness. I recommend dusting the wax paper with gluten free flour blend.
Add the bottom pie crust into a greased pie tin. It is now ready for you to either add the pie filing, or shape the outside rim of the crust and bake it.
You can fill a baked pie crust with a no-bake filling like banana cream or chocolate pie.
