Easy Gluten-Free Chocolate Pound Cake

This decadent rich gluten free chocolate pound cake is topped with a chocolate ganache sauce.

Ingredients:

Gluten Free Flour Blend + Cocoa

Eggs  + Milk

Salt + Light Oil + Baking Powder

Sugar + Vanilla

In a large bowl, add your dry ingredients and whisk to blend. In a smaller bowl, add the wet ingredients and mix! Pour the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients and mix them gently until you have a fluffy cake batter.

Add the cake batter to a prepared bundt cake pan. Bake at 350º F for 40 minutes. Use a toothpick to test for doneness. Allow to sit for 5 minutes, then carefully place on a cooling rack.

After removing the cake to the cooling rack, allow the cake to cool completely.

Melt chocolate wafers and heavy cream together. Pour the cooled ganache over the bundt cake. Enjoy!
