Wash your russet potatoes. I like to use a vegetable brush to get them really clean!

Peel the potatoes and chop them into smaller pieces. Even your kids can help! Grab a cutting board and chop them up!

Put the potatoes in a pot and fill with water to the top of the potatoes. Boil the Potatoes in water until they are soft.

Add the potatoes and ALL of the ingredients to a large bowl & whip. Put into a casserole dish and bake at 375º F for 20 minutes.
