Easy Gluten-Free Brioche

This gluten free brioche bread is full of sweet buttery flavor. It is a braided bread and tastes incredible.


Gluten Free Flour Blend

Eggs + Butter + Milk


Yeast + Sugar






Add the yeast, sugar, and warm water to a bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast mixture is bubbly and frothy!

Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Pour in the yeast mixture and the rest of the wet ingredients into the bowl and mix into a soft dough.

It is important to form the bread before the first rise. Divide the dough into two and roll into thick ropes. Be sure the length matches the size of your loaf pan.

Roll the dough ropes into a twist and place in a greased loaf tin. Allow to rise for one hour, or until the dough is double in size.


Brush the dough with an egg wash gently and then bake it at 360º F for 30-40 minutes. The top will get nice and golden brown.


Allow the gluten free brioche to cool completely before slicing. Serve with butter and honey or jam. This homemade bread also makes great French toast!
