Quick & Easy Gluten-Free Strawberry Shortcakes

Strawberry season is here and it is time to make these incredible Gluten Free Strawberry Shortcakes!


Gluten Free Flour Blend

Eggs  + Milk + Butter

Salt +  Baking Powder + Sugar

Vanilla + Strawberries + OJ






In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and whisk to blend the ingredients together.

Add in very cold butter chunks. Use a pastry blender to cut the butter into the flour mixture. This makes those flaky layers in the biscuits!


There is nothing like flaky biscuits topped with fresh juicy strawberries and fluffy homemade whipped cream!


Use a biscuit cutter to cut out your biscuits from the dough. Do not twist the cutter! Place biscuits onto  a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake the biscuits at 425º F for 15 minutes.

Grab whipped cream or make it fresh with heavy whipping cream. Mix the strawberries with orange juice and assemble the strawberry shortcakes!


Strawberry shortcake is one of the best summer desserts. It is easy to make. You can even add in some blackberries or blueberries! Summer berries are so juicy and sweet! This is an easy dessert to make sugar-free too!
