Easy Gluten-Free Whoopie Pies Recipe

These classic gluten free whoopie pies are like hand held chocolate frosted cake!

Ingredients:

Gluten Free Flour Blend + Cocoa

Eggs  + Milk

Salt + Butter + Baking Powder

Sugar + Vanilla

In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and whisk to blend the ingredients together.

In a smaller bowl, add the wet ingredients and whisk to blend. I partially melt the butter so that it blends together easier with a spoon.

There is nothing like Fresh baked chocolate whoopie pie. Fill the middle with marshmallow fluff or frosting.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until they are just barely mixed. This will help make the whoopie pies nice and fluffy.

Use a large or medium cookie scoop to drop dough balls onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Let them sit for 5 minutes.

Bake the whoopie pie halves at 350º F for 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the cookies. Allow to cool completely. Mix and frost the middles.
