Proof your yeast with warm milk (110º F) the yeast, and 1 tsp sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it looks frothy like the above photo. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the yeast mixture.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix into a soft dough and let it sit for one hour to rise. Add more flour and work the dough gently on a piece of wax paper.

Use a large biscuit cutter to cut out roll shapes. you can also roll them into large balls. Now you can bake them in the air fryer or oven!

Serve warm with butter. You can enjoy them plain, or use them as a base for a breakfast sandwich!
