The Best Gluten Free Bagels Recipe

You only need a few ingredients to make homemade gluten free bagels. Use either yeast or sourdough starter!



Start by prepping the yeast or gluten free sourdough starter. Add it and the other wet ingredients into the gluten free flour. Let the dough rise.

There is nothing like a homemade bagel that is slightly crisp on the outside and chewy soft in the middle!


Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 3 tablespoons of maple syrup. Boil your bagels for 25 second on each side.

After boiling, preheat the oven to 350º F. Sprinkle toppings like everything bagel on.
