This easy Gluten-Free Coffee Cake has a cinnamon swirl and a thick crumb topping!

Add the gluten free flour blend, sugar, salt, and baking powder to a bowl. Whisk to blend them together.

Mix the eggs, softened butter, vanilla extract, and non-dairy milk in a bowl. You can use an electric mixer or hand mix.

Add half of the cake batter to a cake pan. Add a layer of cinnamon sugar and swirl it. Add the rest of the cake batter on top of the cinnamon sugar layer.
