Gluten-Free Cranberry Pound Cake

1 1/2 cups gluten free flour blend

1 1/2 cups sugar (you can use less)

1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries

1 tsp baking powder + 1/8 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter


1 TBSP lime zest

2 eggs + 3/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pour the cake batter into a greased loaf pan or bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-35 minutes. Time will vary depending on the pan you use.
