Ingredients:

Take your favorite gluten free bread and cut it into cubes on a cutting board. I like to use white bread but whole grain is okay too! Add them to a large bowl.

Mix up the eggnog and spices and pour the mixture over the bread cubes. Stir well to coat all of the cubes. Let it sit for 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
