The Best Gluten-Free Garlic Knots

If you love garlic and butter, this recipe is for you!!


Gluten Free Flour Blend

Yeast + Sugar + Warm Water

Minced Garlic + Dried Parsley

Eggs + Salt + Butter






Add the yeast, sugar, and warm water to a bowl. Be sure the water is not too hot. Let it sit for five minutes until the yeast is bubbly.

Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk. Pour in the yeast mixture and the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix it into dough. Let it rise 1 hour.


There is nothing like biting into a fluffy roll full of garlic butter flavor. Dip it in pasta sauce or stew!


Roll the dough into long snakes and tie into a knot. Place on the baking sheet and let sit for 15 minutes to rise more.

Melt the butter, salt, minced garlic, and dried parsley in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir and let sit five minutes so the garlic flavor blends into the butter.


Brush the garlic butter mixture over each garlic knot. Bake at 400º F for 15-18 minutes depending on how large they are.
