Easy Gluten-Free Hamantaschen Recipe

This easy gluten free hamantaschen cookie recipe is absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:

Gluten Free Flour Blend

Sugar + Sprinkles

Vanilla Extract + Non-Dairy Milk

Butter + Egg + Salt

Add all of the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Use a whisk to mix  them together. 

In a medium sized bowl, add the wet ingredients. Also add the funfetti sprinkles. Mix well. Scrape around the edges so that you get all of the ingredients mixed in.

Have some fun this year and try this non-traditional funfetti hamantaschen! They are colorful and delicious!

Mix the wet and dry ingredients into a cookie batter. Next we will shape the dough into triangles. If you are making traditional hamantaschen, omit the sprinkles.

To shape, cut circles out of the cookie dough. Fold the three sides to make a triangle. You will bake these without the frosting filling.
