Fluffy Gluten Free Panettone Bread


Gluten Free Flour Blend

Yeast + Sugar

Vanilla Extract + Orange Zest

Butter + Milk + Eggs

Dried fruit + Nuts


Add the yeast and 1 tsp sugar to the warm milk. Let the yeast proof for 5-8 minutes until it is frothy and bubbly.

Add the yeast and wet ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Include the dried fruit and orange zest and mix again.


You can use one large panettone mold or two smaller molds to make this recipe. You can find them at baking stores or amazon.


Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk to blend. Pour them into the wet ingredients and mix into a soft dough. Let it rise.

After the batter rises, add it to the panettone molds. Let it sit for 15 minutes then bake at 350º F. Baking time will vary if making large or small panettone.


Your panettone will rise over the mold as it bakes. Dust it in powdered sugar and enjoy!
