Easy Gluten Free Spritz Cookies

All you need are a few simple ingredients to make these gluten free spritz cookies.


2 1/2 cups gluten free flour blend 1/2 cup sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter 1 egg, large 3 tablespoons milk 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

What is a cookie press?


Start out by adding your dry ingredients to a bowl. Whisk them to blend together.

If you don't have a cookie press, you can add the dough to a piping bag and pipe the dough into circles and shapes!


This is what your gluten free spritz cookie dough will look like. Notice it is softer than other cookie dough you make. You want it a little sticky!

Load the cookie dough into the cookie press. Press the cookie press to the cookie sheet and pull the trigger!
