Beginner’s Guide to  Gluten-Free Quiche

So, I hear you want to make an awesome gluten-free quiche. Quiche is one of my favorites because you can customize all of the flavors!

Gluten free cheese crackers

Gluten free table crackers

Gluten free pie crust

Gluten free pretzels

Grab one of these crust ingredients:

Use fresh ingredients - especially the veggies

I love to add vegetables to my quiche. I recommend using fresh veggies, but frozen are okay too!

Mix up the crust:

The first step is to make your crust. Take the smooshed crackers and add the rest of the crust ingredients (eggs and cheese). Mix well.

Prepare the crust:

Press the cracker crust into a greased pie tin. I use the back of a spoon to press it in so it stays firm.

Add the fillings:

Add all of the fillings and use spread them around so they are evenly dispersed around the bottom of the crust.

Putting it all together:

In a large bowl, add the eggs, milk, and seasonings. Whisk to blend then pour the mixture over the toppings in the crust.

Bake it:

Top with scallions and cheese and bake for 40 minutes until done.
