Quick & Easy Instant Pot Chicken Vegetable Soup
Pour in the broth, diced tomatoes, and seasonings. Close and seal the lid
Set the Instant Pot to the soup setting. Cook the alloted time and let the pressure cooker release.
Remove the two chicken breasts from the soup and use two forks to shred the chicken. Add it back to the soup and mix well.
Garnish this soup with shredded cheddar, sour cream, cilantro, or anything you like!
