Healthy Matcha Green Tea Chia Pudding

You only need a few ingredients to make this green tea chia pudding recipe!


3 TBSP chia seeds 1 TBSP matcha powder 1 1/3 c coconut milk 1 TBSP sugar or other sweetener


Be sure to use culinary grade matcha green tea powder. You don't need to spend extra for ceremonial grade.

Matcha is a high quality ground green tea that adds flavor and a small boost of caffeine to your chia pudding.


Add your chia seeds to a container. The seeds soften as they soak so I like to make it before I go to bed.

Add the sweetener, coconut milk, and matcha to the container. Mix well and cover.


Serve cold with some shredded coconut on top. This matcha chia pudding makes a healthy breakfast or snack!
