Be sure to use culinary grade matcha green tea powder. You don't need to spend extra for ceremonial grade.

You can use any brand of chia seeds. I prefer organic chia seeds, but it really doesn't matter which you use.

Matcha is a high quality ground green tea that adds flavor and a small boost of caffeine to your chia pudding.

Add your chia seeds to a container. The seeds soften as they soak so I like to make it before I go to bed.
Add the sweetener, coconut milk, and matcha to the container. Mix well and cover.
