The Best Gluten Free Fried Onion Rings

These gluten free onion rings are beer battered and fried to crispy goodness!!

Ingredients:

2 large vidalia onions 1 gluten free beer 2 cups gluten free flour 1 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion salt 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper oil for frying

Vidalia onions are the best for frying because of their sweet flavor. If you can't find vidalia use yellow onions.

Mix up your dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix them together until all of the spices are mixed in evenly.

These crispy gluten free beer battered onion rings are perfect as an appetizer or served with burgers!

Add the gluten free beer and wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until it makes a creamy batter. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in a skillet until it is 375º F. Dip onions in the batter and drop into the oil.

Fry the onion rings for 2 minutes then flip them over so both sides fry evenly.
