Easy Homemade Sesame Candy

All you need are a few simple ingredients to make this honey sesame candy! It is perfect for gift giving! You can use white or dark sesame seeds.

Start by heating a skillet and toasting your sesame seeds over low heat for 4-5 minutes

Add the honey, sugar, and seasoning.  Bring it to a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Add the toasted sesame seeds and mix well.

Place the sesame mixture onto a flat pan. Quickly spread out the mixture. Use a large spoon and dip it in cold water if the mixture sticks. Let the candy cool.

Cut the candy into pieces. Place on cut pieces of wax paper.

Twist the ends of the wax paper to wrap each piece of candy. Store in an air-tight container up to 2 weeks.
