Chop the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Add them to a pan and mix up the crumble topping.
Add cold butter to the topping ingredients. Use a pastry blender to cut in the butter.
Your streusel topping will look like thick crumbs.
Add the apples to a 9x13 pan. Mix brown sugar and flour to the oat crumble and mix it well.
Pour the crumble topping over the apples and use a spoon to spread it out over the top. Bake at 350º F for 35-40 minutes.
Bake until your kitchen smells delicious and the apples are bubbly.
