The Best Gluten Free Brownies


1 cup gluten free flour blend 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup oil 3 eggs 1/2 cup almond milk 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 6 ounces chocolate chips


In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients and whisk to blend. Add the chocolate chips and blend them in.


In a smaller bowl, add the wet ingredients and whisk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix.


This is what your brownie batter should look like. Be careful not to overmix it!


Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Pour the brownie batter into the pan and spread it out evenly


These are the best gluten free brownies ever! They are chewy and chocolaty in all of the right ways!
