The first step to perfect gluten free pie crust is to mix up the dough.

Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Use a whisk to blend them together.

You can use this gluten free pie crust recipe for both sweet and savory recipes. Double the recipe for a top crust.

Add the cold butter and use a pastry blender to cut the butter into the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients in and mix into pie dough.
