Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • cup celery chopped
  • cup plum chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon French grey salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup red onion

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add chopped cooked chicken, and all other ingredients.
  • Mix well and allow to sit for 10 minutes so the flavors can soak into the chicken.

SPECIAL NOTE

Please know that every gluten free flour blend has a different starch to grain ratio. If you use a blend I didn't test, you may need to adjust your moisture levels in your baked goods.
