Salted Caramel Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups So Delicious Almondmilk with Cashew
  • 1/4 cup So Delicious Almondmilk with Cashew for gelatin
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons gelatin or vegan gelatin
  • 1/2 cup caramel
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to garnish each
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate shaved into curls

Instructions

  1. Add gelatin to 1/4 cup almond milk. Allow to sit 5 minutes.

  2. In a pan, heat 2 cups almond milk with the caramel (or dairy free caramel.)

  3. Bring to a soft boil and remove from heat.

  4. Add gelatin and almond milk mixture. Whisk to blend.

  5. Pour panna cotta into ramekins.

  6. Refrigerate for 3 hours until solid.

  7. Top with course salt and chocolate shavings.
