An easy dairy-free salted caramel panna cotta recipe.
Add gelatin to 1/4 cup almond milk. Allow to sit 5 minutes.
In a pan, heat 2 cups almond milk with the caramel (or dairy free caramel.)
Bring to a soft boil and remove from heat.
Add gelatin and almond milk mixture. Whisk to blend.
Pour panna cotta into ramekins.
Refrigerate for 3 hours until solid.
Top with course salt and chocolate shavings.
