Homemade Mixed Berry Compote

A delicious berry compote made with strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Perfect to top ice cream, yogurt, and cakes!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add all ingredients. Cook on low until the fruit has softened. 
  • Cool in the refrigerator and then use to top any breakfast or dessert!

SPECIAL NOTE

Please know that every gluten free flour blend has a different starch to grain ratio. If you use a blend I didn't test, you may need to adjust your moisture levels in your baked goods.
