Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour blend
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans unsalted
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Kraft caramel bits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray coconut oil onto a cookie sheet.
  • In a large bowl, add dry ingredients and whisk to blend.
  • Add all wet ingredients, pecans, and caramel bits.
  • Mix well.
  • Use a cookie scoop to drop cookie balls onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake 10 minutes until done.
  • Cool on a cooling rack.
