In a large pot, heat olive oil on medium heat.
Cook the onion, carrot, zucchini and garlic for 3 minutes
Add the ground pork and brown.
Add water, chicken broth, tomatoes and sauce, beans, broth, all spices.
Stir then cover the pot.
Reduce heat to medium low and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and serve.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream, cheddar cheese and cilantro.
