  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/3 cup gluten free or regular panko
  • 1 leek chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil sliced thinly
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • With your hands, shape meatballs and roll until round.
  • Put on foil lined baking dish.
  • When the dish is full of raw meatballs, put them into the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on how large you made your meatballs, cooking time could be more or less so check the temperature to make sure they are cooked.
  • Remove from the oven.
  • Serve hot.
  • Optional, serve with marinara dipping sauce.
