Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 2 ½ cups peach nectar/juice/pureed fresh peaches
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ginger sugar for the rim
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • If you are using fresh peaches, puree your peaches in a blender with 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Add all ingredients into the blender except the ginger sugar. Blend. Rub lime over rim of glass and dip the rim into the ginger sugar.

SPECIAL NOTE

Please know that every gluten free flour blend has a different starch to grain ratio. If you use a blend I didn't test, you may need to adjust your moisture levels in your baked goods.
