Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie S'mores Tarts
Delicious gluten free brownie s'mores tarts are an awesome dessert for all of the s'mores lovers out there.
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup gluten free flour
- 2 large eggs
- 8 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- ½ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, add all crust ingredients and mix well.
Press crust dough into 4 tart pans (Mine were 4.75 inch tart pans)
In a large bowl, add all brownie ingredients and mix well.
Put brownie mixture into each tart pan on top of the crust.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until brownie is done.
Put marshmallows on top of brownie tarts.
Either use a kitchen torch to brown/melt marshmallows, or put in the oven on broil for 5 minutes.
