Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup guava juice
  • 3 tablespoons passion fruit juice
  • 2 ounces rum light
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 1 teaspoon Torani passion fruit syrup for rim
  • 1 teaspoon sugar for rim

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (except the dark rum) into a pitcher and stir to mix.
  • Pour the passion fruit juice for the rim onto a plate. Do the same with the sugar.
  • Dip the rim of the glass in the passion fruit glass, then the sugar to coat the rim.
  • Add ice to the glass and pour the drink into the glasses. Float the dark rum on top. For non-alcoholic, skip the rum ingredients.

SPECIAL NOTE

Please know that every gluten free flour blend has a different starch to grain ratio. If you use a blend I didn't test, you may need to adjust your moisture levels in your baked goods.
