Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pear
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 cups nondairy milk or nondairy yogurt of choice
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice more if you like it really frozen
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup pecans

Instructions
 

  • Add the pear, cider, protein powder, milk, yogurt and ice to a Vitamix or blender.
  • Blend until creamy.
  • Pour into a bowl and garnish with pecan and shredded coconut.

SPECIAL NOTE

Please know that every gluten free flour blend has a different starch to grain ratio. If you use a blend I didn't test, you may need to adjust your moisture levels in your baked goods.
