Ingredients
  

  • 1 packets McCormick Tropical Twist Smoothie Boost
  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (half a lime)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup almond milk (coconut milk is also okay)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Slice the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. Remove the rind from a pineapple and slice it up. Discard the core and rinds.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is frosty and creamy.

SPECIAL NOTE

Please know that every gluten free flour blend has a different starch to grain ratio. If you use a blend I didn't test, you may need to adjust your moisture levels in your baked goods.
