Easy gluten free peach cobbler. This gluten free cobbler has a delicious biscuit topping.

  • For Fruit Base:
  • 6-8 fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • For Crust Topping:
  • 1 1/4 cup gluten free flour blend (*Note, my flour blend has xanthan gum included. If yours doesn't, add 1 teaspoon.)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup optional sliced almonds


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, add cobbler ingredients and whisk to blend.
  • Slice peaches in to slivers and add to a medium sized bowl.
  • Add the other fruit base ingredients to the peaches and toss to mix.
  • Spray coconut oil (or other light oil) in a baking dish.
  • Add peaches to the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle almonds on top.
  • Spoon cobbler mixture on top of the peaches.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until done.
  • Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.



You can use fresh or frozen peaches in this recipe. Just thaw the frozen peaches before using them. If you use canned peaches, you will want to buy the least syrupy brand you can find and drain the peaches. If you don't like your cobbler too sweet, you may consider rinsing canned peaches in a colander.
