  • 1 1/2 cups Cassava Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Arrowroot Starch
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese optional
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup water Plus up to 1/4 cup more
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Preheat your grill and make sure the grate is clean.
  • In a large bowl, add the dry crust ingredients and whisk to blend.
  • In a smaller bowl, add the wet ingredients and one cup of water.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well with your hands. Add additional water 1 tablespoon at a time until your dough looks like what is shown above.
  • Break the dough into personal pizza sizes and place a dough ball on wax paper. Cover it with another piece of wax paper and roll with a rolling pin until the dough is 1/4 inch to 1/3 inch thick.
  • Place the crust on the grill and grill for 8 minutes. Add sauce, cheese and toppings and grill until the cheese and toppings are done.
  • Remove from the grill, cut the pizza and enjoy!

Although this is a grilled pizza crust recipe, you can easily bake this pizza crust in an oven. I recommend using a hot pizza stone as it will help make your crust a lot crispier.
