How to Make Gluten Free Savory Crepes
A delicious gluten free savory crepe recipe. These crepes are made with teff flour and are perfect for any meal/
- 1/2 cup teff flour
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour blend
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut or light oil
Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk to blend.
In a medium bowl, add the wet ingredients and whisk to blend.
Pre-heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat. Add oil to the pan.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Use a soup ladle to pour batter into the hot pan.
Quickly hold the handle and tilt the pan in a circular fashion to spread the batter thinly over the bottom of the pan.
Cook until you see bubbles in the batter.
Use a spatula to flip the crepe and cook the other side.
Add your favorite fillings and enjoy!
