Add the white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
Microwave for 20 seconds and mix.
Repeat until the white chocolate is melted.
Open a large book and lay it on the counter.
Cover the pages with wax paper.
Pour the white chocolate into a sandwich bag.
Make a very SMALL snip with scissors to cut a bit of one of the corners off.
Use the chocolate bag to add a stripe of white chocolate in the crease of the book. Next outline wings.
Fill in the wing area with a lattice pattern.
Allow to harden for 15-20 minutes.
Top on cakes or cupcakes.
